7650 witnessing an armed robbery

Something very unusual happened here in Finland today. A few men apparently armed with submachine guns tried to rob a car that was transporting money. An eyewitness managed to take pictures of them that showed how they were pointing guns and trying to break into the car.

Thiese pictures were shown on a national TV news broadcast. The eyewitness told that he took "live pictures" with a camera phone, but didn't mention whether it was the 7650. Pictures shown on TV looked like that, though.

These robbers had black clothes and masks, so their faces were not shown, but maybe these pictures will help police investigations some other way. Later they escaped police cars and a helicopter to a big forest, exploded their car and continued their getaway some other way.

I can post pictures here later if I find someone who captured the video and these pictures. This is a good example of what can happen when people start having cameras in their mobile phones.

And it's not like that this kind of things happen here every day. 😊

Wow that's an exciting story! I thought of this myself for some time now. I encounter criminal activities now and then and I suppose I could now create evidence with my 7650. I am really interested in some pictures of that robbery!

ebo perhaps you post that photo here? I'm sure everyone in here will interested in the photos taken 😉

Hmm doesnt look like a 7650 to me. 7650 are blury on the edges and I dont see blur on these pics. I had a T68i and communicam and the pics are clearer with no blur in good light.

It most definately was 7650... It was all over the news and the guy who took the photos had the 7650 in his hands when he was interviewed to the papers.

The pics on my 7650 a blurry too. Does everyone else have this problem? I wonder if the news channel cleaned those pics up to make them clearer.
