sms scheduling ... how?

hi !
is it possible to set SMS send time, ex. time is 10.34 and I want to schedule SMS to be sent @ 12.00??? is there any app that can do that sort of things?

I believe nokia 6600 will do that since symbian 7.0 will allow that.
