Problems watching the real movies from n9210

There's a real player and a real one player. The Realone player supports streaming video's but can't be used on older firmwares. It's best that you check again what you have 😊 The realplayer should work on all firmwares.

I have the real player downloaded from the Nokia website, is this the right one? 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

if not, where would I ba able to get hold of teh real one player? :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll:

Thanks for the help, I've tried the first two links and they don't play the clips from n9210.co.uk, when I've installed them on my 9210, I keep on getting the message as above.

You have checked that the files are .RM and not .RAM?

Yeah all of teh video clips in real player format for example Britney Spears and The Corrs are all .rm format, what player would I need to play these clips?

and what would I need to play .ram format clips which i've taken from the real website?

I've tried playing them with the real player taken from nokia downloads section on the their webbsite?

and my 9210 is the upgraded v4.13.

.RAM is the windows version of the real player, where as .RM is the 9210 version. Windows will play .RAM and .RM but the 9210 will only play .RM. The reason I ask is because if you download a .RM with Internt exploader then it renames .RM's to .RAM's - This is a question I get asked a lot in here and from my website, and the usual fix is to re-name them. If yours are already .RM then can you try playing them in Windows and let me know if they play OK there?
