I want to get the firmware upgraded to 4.13 on an Orange 9210. Trouble is I can't find the contact details of the outfit that does it - in/near Cambridge?

Communicaid is the company you are after. Phone 01480 431431, and they'll sort you out. Mine came back in less than a week.
I think they are the only people in Britain that can do it. Correct me

Thanks. I've used them before, but couldn't find the details anywhere. There have been numerous posts in these forums that Communicaid are the only people who can do it.
I did some checking on the net after you gave me the details and www.palmtopman.com claim that there is a second. They are:

I haven't checked with them to see if this info is correct / current.
AFAIK only Communicaid are certified by Nokia to do any upgrades or repair work on the 9210. There are various levels of 'Nokia Repiars' so while most places can do firmware upgrades on the earlier phones, the Communicator is a 'ring fenced' phone that only Communicaid do.

Yep, as the 9210 is a Premium Product by Nokia, so in the UK, only Communicaid are the Official repairs, and have the test equipment. NSH will probably do a swap out on repairs, but he's unsure on what they do with firmware, they may be able to do it on the spot.
