Hi!
I have some strange problem creating my own application icon. I created two bitmaps (one for the content, the other as a mask) and loaded them into the AifBuilder. AifBuilder creates a temporary mbm-file and an aif-file. When i copy the aif-file to the applications installation-directory, my custom icon is displayed, but the colors are totally wrong. I think this has something to do with the colour palette of the mbm-file, but i'm not quite sure. The SDK documentation says something about a colour256 target palette, but i don�t understand what that's supposed to mean.
I think Symbian uses its own colour-palette, but thats just an idea.
Is there a way to adapt my icon to the Symbian palette?
Any hints to good documentations about that?
