Removing favorites

Does this also happen when you press OPTIONS and select DELETE?

Hi,when i press options there is no delete option there.

Those shortcuts are on the Z: drive,so there is no way to remove them,unless you flash your phone with original Nokia firmware.

Correct me if i'm wrong.

Yes,software upgrade is the same as flash.

Note though, most NSCs will only flash your phone with the operator software, so the links will remain. I know this is true with Carphone Warehouse and Vodafone Live branded phones in the UK.

Have you also tried doing a manual reset?

My guess is that it won't work,becayse like i said,its a firmware package customized by T-Mobile,so the branding is on Z: drive and can't be removed.
