camera clip on?

anyone got one what are they like?
Ive been thinkning about getting one but would like to see what difference is taking a pic with and without it on.

can the add-on also be used to cover the lens altogether, cos it looks like it in the pic. Could this finally be a lens protector?

i ordered mine, should be here in 2 days. I hope it protects the lens. I also ordered the botanical funk green cover, I think that looks wicked as well as a transparent cover.
