Windows 2000 Pro not installing Cradle USB drivers

Hi forum.

I recently reformatted and installed Win2k again.
When I plug the cradle in via usb port Windows autodetects it as per usual but wont accept the DSS-20 drivers I got from the SE support site.
I installed the PC Suite 1.5.1 EN before plugging the cradle in.

I cant find my CD that came with the P800 and am stuck on what to do.
Anyone got any ideas?

I�m in the same situation. The computer i�m using (the other is reparing)has the Windows2000, i instaled the Suite 1.5.1 and... nothing! The computer don�t recognize the P800. I think the solution is to upgrade the windows - in my computer i had windows XP and there were no problems. :evil:

I managed to find the original SE install CD and installed PC Suite1.1.

The USB drivers are on the CD
I've uploaded them.
Get them at

Thanks for that link. I had the same problem with windows XP. It fixed it.
