how to send images and ringtones from pocket pc to n7650?

I'm having this problem using my iPAQ pocket pc to send images, ringtones etc. to my n7650. There seems to be no IR send function on the iPAQ. The pocket pc receives the images. But there seems to be no send function. What do i have to do? Is there a program for the iPAQ that does this? :roll:

I thought the ipaq has bluetooth?

Does it? I can't seem to find it. My Pocket PC is the iPAQ3600. Does this model have bluetooth?

the application to use is : PeaceMaker Pro.
It does excellent job. IR or BT connection.
I do use it myself with great success
