New Duo - best way to install?

Just received in the post my new 128mb duo.

Currently have a number of programs installed on the 16mb duo, therefore what is the best way to copy everything across?

Power off phone, copy duo using my PC card reader?

Backup phone, format, restore with 128mb in place?

Phone is R2F

for programmes, you could just put your 128 dup in and restore onto t, or just install again from the orginal files. but card readers are always the best way to go about transferring like umm, mp3's, videos and stuff :angel:
