As advised some old timers here, I sent my Nokia 3650 (Firmware 3.13) to Nokia Support Centre to rectify the problem of 30 minute time lag in Log. Well, to my utmost horror, they spoiled the phone altogether. Afer the so called 'repair' (the fellow admitted that he failed to reload the firmware), I am not able to go to menu at all with the MMC inserted. And worst of all, they created a problem of Bluetooth System Error. Now, whenever, I would try to switch on the Bluetooth, I get a system error. I have been able to resolve the first problem by factory resetting the phone (*#73...). But I cannot do anything about this Bluetooth System Error. I am mortally scared to send the phone again to Nokia Support Centre, lest they should decide to finish the phone altogether. Can anyone please suggest any solution to this problem??? I shall be very grateful.
