We have had an email through to our work warning us of faulty mains chargers made by Delta, so check yours out and if its made by Delta contact your network/dealer! Orange have been sending SMS warning users. My girlfriends is Delta so off to Carphone Warehouse tomorrow!

The sony ericsson uk website has a pop up with more details. It seems to be the thailand made ones. I think mine (got with phone end of march) is chinese.
it is the chargers that are "made in thailand by delta" and if u look at the serial number it will have "0993" in it, these are mainly the chargers sold with the se T610
just a warning, if u have one Dont Use It!!, they overheat and catch fire

Pretty good service from Orange I think, nice touch.
