MMC or SD, Bluetooth & IR.....???

Are MMC & SD cards both compatable with the A920... I think they are pretty much one of the same.... but am unsure??

The manual says that you can put 256mb in... is this a hardware limit, or will 512mb work fine... anyone know??

Reading a few posts in this forum.. Ive noticed that some of you have said that the handset has bluetooth hardware, but it is not yet activated... also that the IR is not yet fuctional??

Anyone got any sources to such claims... or is this how rumours start??

Picked up my phone this morning... very pleased with in on first inspection.. I currently have the 7650 on Orange, and was thinking of the P800 until the A920 came out. You cant really beat the talkplans on 3 in comparison the other networks.

I was initially a bit gutted to hear about the "walled garden" setup of the OS, and its restriction of App installation... but I am sure that this will open up in due course...

Just hope the handset performs as well as its claims!!!!

I hipe not to be disappointed with what appears to be a great little (big) gadget......

I am running a 512MB MMC Card.

I have also tried a friends 512MB SD card.

hope that helps.

In other words, a device that accepts SD cards, usually also accepts MMC cards, but vice versa is not true (an MMC device cannot use SD).
