hi i trying to establish a connection between P800 and a server connection using GPRS to send and receive files.

do i understand the question.. do you want to use your phone as a gprs modem over bt or ir?

You'll be using TCP/IP to access your server anyway.

the problem is the your talking about 3rd Generation Networks ... that Only Depends on LARG Pakets of DATA transmited as TCP/IP
to Support Video Conferancing over mobile phones which needs a huge and Fast Data Transmision .....
our Dear p800 is a 2.5 Generation phone
u cant make IP telephonywith GSM .... it's Really more expensive than calling with regular GSM network !

okie what i am trying to do is after taking a picture from the cam, den establise a connection and sent it to a server. At the same i can get the picture taken back into the phone....

if you send it via mms, then it'll be sent somewhere while retaining a copy of the picture on your phone, or you could use a programme called FTP800, it allows you to use your phone as a FTP client
