Unless you pay as you go block data transfer you should be able to use everything except an MMS service.

I think "Pay As You Go" does block data class. They certainly don;t have MMS services as the Networks have still to work out how to price MMS for PAYG. And this is a big mistake in my opinion.
Why? How about 80% of network revenues from SMS core from the under 22 market , where 95% are on PAYG.
MMS is turning out more like WAP than Duplex Realtime Communication on mobiles.
I have an Orange "contract" using Orange Value Promise to match Virgin. You pay by direct debit per month, but you don't have to pay any line rental.
You don't get any free minutes.
It just costs 15p per min. for the first 5 mins in the day and the 5p per min. there after. No peak or Off peak.
If you don't use the phone at all for the whole month you pay nothing.
I assume you could add a data sheme to that. e.g. 4 per month, for 0.5Mb for GPRS. I'm thinking about it, at the moment, I'm juggling getting a new contract with a P800 as well.
You would probably have to buy a "cheap" phone off them, then use the sim in the 7650.
