I've got a non 'e' version of the 9210 on Orange in the UK. Trouble is I don't get the voicemail spool symbol when someone leaves a message for me. Any ideas how to get it to show? I've got 3.54 firmware. Thanks.

Yes, buy a f/m bus cable (try www.completegsm.com for one), get a copy of logomanager and a copy of NK profile as well (if you need I can send), then open logomanager and make sure that the phone is connected (will say this on the bottom), then close it down, now open NK profile and wait a few seconds you should see your phone info at the top and some tick boxes as well, now tick CPS over ride and then restart the phone, it should now still be ticked and you should get the little icon when you get a voice mail, also I see you have V3.54, which is a bit old, if you would like a upgrade to V4.14 let me know and I can do this for you in fact if you want I will do the whole thing.
