I'm really hoping that someone out there can help me.
I've had my 7650 for nearly a year now, but I've never managed to do a backup of the phone.
I use bluetooth to connect to my phone from my PC - there's no issues with the bluetooth as it's onboard on the motherboard, and I can happily use it to send/receive photos (via PC suite) and ftp files to/from the phone, as well as use it as a remote dial-up connection.
However when I try to use backup in PC suite the little progress box pops up and states "Closing programs...", and then does nothing. It says in the help file that this can take a while the first time, but I've left it going for well over an hour with zero progress.
I'm using the latest version of PC suite (I keep checking that I am), so what's going wrong here?
