Data cable connect

I bought a data cable, fitted it to 3650 then tried to connect using nokia pcsuite,but nothing is their settings in phone or pc i need to tamper with.Ps im new to all this, many thanks

Nokia PC Suite for 3650 works only with infrared (IrDA) or Bluetooth. To use the cable for something, you need some other software from some other vendor than Nokia.
