9210 Fax Template

Hi,

First you must open a default fax cover (Docs folder) with Word, and then you can add or delete on that page the fields you want.

What I really want is to be able to change/create the input fields that are
listed at the top of a new fax regardless of which template you use.ie when
yougo to write fax (using Template1) you have a couple of boxes where you
enter your sender and recipent data. I need to create some new fields and
list them in a new box.

Hmmmm, I�m not sure about you want to say me cos my english is not good... Well, go to File manager, open folder Documents, and open Templates/Fax/Template 1 (for example).
Then Word opens automatically the Template 1 document. And then you�ll see all the input fields. I think you can add other fields here. But I�m not sure about you want to do. What kind of fields do you want to add? Please could you say me an example?

And to be able to use the TAB button to change to the next field.

I don�t know if this is possible. I know you can edit the default fields, but I don�t know if you can insert new fields. I think the fields you can edit must be fields which information is on your comm...I�m not sure, sorry...
Anyway go on asking for this, perhaps somebody can help you.
And when you know something please tell me it!

You need to change the models

there are files called fax model1 etc

to see these files you need to turn on "all files" in your file cainet options

when you find one open it and you can edit anyway you want

save then open fax and choose model

is in french

does any one know where are those files located?
and how can I edit those fields?
