Hi
I know this subject has been done to death a 100 times, so please don't just refer me to other posts as I know the answer!!
Have just been looking through the latest edition of "Mobile", inluded is a guide entitled "Bluetooth - a retailers guide", and it contains the following paragraph:
"...Originally the 7650, for example, had the protocol for transferring data, but not for a headset, though this was subsequently made available as a download."
Is this just an example of annoyingly sloppy journalism, or have I missed something?
Thanks

Why did you ask, if you know the answer?
Whatever this "Mobile" you have been reading is, the stuff you quote is a prime example of incorrect reporting, or correct reporting of somebody's dream. 😉
In other words, there is no Bluetooth headset/handsfree (=audio) support in the 7650. There never was. There never will be.
Although I was 99% sure from reading everything on here, the reason I asked was that I work in the mobile industry and the magazine "Mobile" is a highly respected weekly industry magazine - wanted to check if they knew something we had missed out on.
I guess this counts for nothing when it comes to sloppy journalism!!
