Ok I have/ am seriosuly considering purchasing the follwoing apps after trying them:

Tracker (better than Handy Day IMO)
Ogg Player (FANTASTIC and free)
Opera
eScumm Emulator
12Planet IM
World Mate 2.0
Screen Capture
Strategic Assault

What else can I add to that list? What other IM programs are worth looking at?

Thanks

I would say Agile Messenger for IM - Freeware.

Other good apps and games are:

* Photo Editor - $20.99.
* Mobipocket Reader - Standard version is free, Pro version cost $19.95.
* Remote P800 - $14.95.
* QuickTimer - Freeware.
* SMSPlus emulator for Sega Master System and Sega GameGear games - it's freeware, and I just love being able to play Sonic on my P800. 😊
* jText and jZip - Both freeware.
* Handy Dates - $14.95.
* JexedP800 - Addictive freeware game.

the thing about getting on the fly photo editing software is that you'll never have anywhere near the features you'd get when using the pc software, like adobe photoshop or paint shop pro etc

Of course it's difficult to get all the features and ease of use of Photoshop on a tiny machine like P800, but Photo Editor certainly does come close.

VR pool and Cobra Attack are very good games, Mini GPs/Where I am is kinda cool.
Make sure you check the version of escumm, the newest has sound but Day of the tentacle doesnt work properly! So youll need the older one too if you want to play that 😃
