I am using Skin Editor and Launcher to..
i have download a skin file and transfer it using Bluetooth to my Inbox

but my Skin Editor can't detect the skin from my Inbox..
what shld i do to install the skin i transferred from my PC to the Skin Editor?

a miliion thanxs to any kind souls out there 😊

Hi,

It may sound silly but the skin you sent to your phone isn't still as a zip or something else maybe? First idea.

Second, have you tried getting the skin from within Skin Editor using Options - Misc - Check Inbox?

If these still don't work then you can using a file explorer app such as SeleQ, transfer the skin file direct into the Smart Launcher skin folder on your phones memory. Think the folder is called LN Skins, cut and paste it into there and you should be able to select it.

Hope this helps?

hey Ian, thanxs a lot for ur help 😊

i solved it already 😊
i change my mailbox settings to read from phone memory then i send the files via Bluetooth to my phone
the Skin Editor i suppose is installed on the phone memory so i guess it can only read the skins from the phone memory's Inbox 😃

the SeleQ method also works 😊

thanxs againz 😊

Your welcome, glad you got it going in the end.

I have the memory lacking 7650 so it goes straight to the internal memory, it's good to know the differences between the two phones though.
As you have found out and I read this to, Launcher is one of the only apps which now has to be installed to memory only and not the MMC.

Have fun, if you make any good skins let us see them.
