A920 Realistic Expectations...

Reading through these posts, and various articles including a reference to the A925:

http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/59/32951.html

Which sounds like it may have some of the functionality the A920 hasnt.

Can we seriously expect:

Full browser capability
Bluetooth/IR enabling
Installation of unsigned software (officially!)

Am I going to regret getting this phone? If only it had the "open" functionality that the P800 has.

Does anyone have any decisive info, or are we all clinging on to a fantasy which will never come to fruition?

Living in hipe (as always)

Today at the swedish fair Networks&Telecom the project leader of third party content at Three told me (and it was decided) that their next symbian phone (I guess A925) will be open without certification.

He also mentioned something about that the bluetooth also should be fixed, but no firmware upgrade for a920 users (does anyone really know if the bluetooth hardware exists in the A920??)

He maybe was wrong, because he wasn't really a "tech guy".. he seemed a bit confused.

Well, I hope it wasn't a misstake.. but I ordered the phone today at the fair. The best of all was their fair offer with a 128 mb SD-card included and a subscription of a magazine.
