Dear everyone,

I am now using Nokia 7650. Yesterday, my phone got Message Error System, it was stuck, I couldnt do anything... then I decided to shut it down. When I turn it on, it doesnt start up, and I saw nothing beside the message on the white screen as below :

Phone start-up failed. Contact the retrailer.

I have been trying to take the battery off, change the sim card, etc... But it sill doesnt work out I really expect that you can help me and tell me what to do.

Which Firmware Ver. you are using ?

Try to plug onto the charger then turn it on again

if it'still doesn't work

the only way is to bring it to the nearest NSC

I am sorry, I really dont know wat FirmWare is....
Err.. I bought it from France, n now I am not in France, so I don think I will pay nothing for da repair service right here....
