My dust is so bad the screen is impossble to read in sun light! It's one of the reasons why I'm upgrading to a 6600!
Well yes, dust is a chronic "problem" with the 7650. Seems it gets in through the joystick.
If you search this forum, you'll probably find about 20,000 references to dust, and some pretty interesting solutions (eg, vacuum cleaner!), and the more conventional one (the NSC). If you can prove it's making the phone inoperative (?), the guarantee will cover it. You may just be lucky, since all they have to do is pull the phone apart.
There's plenty of dust under my screen, add that to all the scratches, but I still use it in bright sunlight (Spain), just incline the phone one way or another.

well, i have guarantee and i wanna update my software so the NSC can also clean my display ... cause they have to open the phone to update the software ...
maybe i have luck ...😉
