but am tired finding only expensive video recorder for 3650 nokia. is at all place where can I download free good video recorder? NOT ILEGAL SOFTWARE I LOOK FOR! good version free of video recorder.

Well,the best option would be the updated video recorder from Nokia,It can record video + audio but it suffers the 100Kb limitation.You can find it here
