How do I reset the location drop-down list in Calendar? There are some entries there I want to change from abbreviated form to full (e.g. Ldn to London).

Just type in the new entry by hand, it will move to the top of the list.
AFAICS the list just stores your most recently used locations, not, as you might expect, your most common ones.
If you want to change all instances of a location to another string, I think you will need to import/export the calender or write a macro in Outlook.
