According to this Inquirer article Sendo has won two victories in its case against Microsoft. OK they're minor the first was to refuse to dismiss that case. The second was to keep the trial in Texas rather than move it to Delaware as Microsoft wanted.

ZDNet has posted this more detailed article about this case. Apparently it wont come to court untill the end of next year! Sheesh, I knew the legal system was slow but they lodged the case at the start of this year, so that means 2 years to get the case heard. By the time the case is settled (even if Sendo win) the technology they are in dispute about will probably be out of date. Where is the justice in that?
You can't talk about Microsoft and Justice without having some form of contradiction 🙄
