Some of the 3650 users here encountered a phone crashed and due to different situation.

Please help yourself to perform steps as below :

1. Removed your MMC card first.

2. Make sure you have at least 3/4 charge of battery before performing the
" Safe Mode, and follow-by phone reset *#7370# "
Or maybe you can have the charger on and plugged into the phone to act as a full power source.

3. Press and hold the ABC key and then press the power button. Remember not to release the ABC key till you seen the "Safe Mode" standby screen. (Fyi, there's no special indicator that telling yo're on a "Safe Mode" standby screen.)

4. Once in the "Safe Mode" stanby screen key-in *#7370# to carry-out "Phone Reset" task.

5. Once "Phone Reset" task completed, it will promt to key-in time and date after that it will be back to normal standby screen.

6. Switch off your phone and re-insert your MMC card.
With the card, if any error showing on the phone boot-up,
a) If possible please have the memory card formatted by phone card formatting utility.
b) If not able to do that need not to panic, use a card reader and format it in a Windows PC system.

Please bear in mind that FAT format on Windows system are different from the one that used on a Symbian phone system.
So if you re-installed the Windows system formatted MMC card back onto 3650, you'll need to re-format the card again with phone card formatting utility otherweise the phone system does to recognizes the card.

* Please take note - If you have needed data or programs files on the MMC card, please use a card reader to have them backup to PC before performing memory card formatting.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And for those who intented to perform phone software reset, please do as below steps ;

1. Remove all applications/games that you had installed on MMC card. Those that installed on phone memory canb leave them as phone software reset will remove them.

2. On phone standby screen, key-in *#7370# to carry-out the "Phone Software Reset" task.

3. Once task completed, it will promt to key-in time and date after that it will be back to normal standby screen, re-install all softwares.

Wishes everyone best of luck and bye!
