Hi, I'm having serious troubles trying to install the 7650 as a modem on my laptop (Compaq Armada with Windows 2000 WS).
Previously I had a 6210, I simply installed the modem software and it works flawlessly.
Now I'm doing the same procedure and, the installation software seems to recognize the Phone (only IR connection, if I choose Modem/IR connection it is not recognized by IR) but ASAP I try ro use the modem (it IS listed in the modem list under Control Panel) I ALWAYS get an error CANNOT OPEN PORT....
I'm going really MAD with THIS !!!
Can someone that succeeded to use the GPRS modem of 7650 help me to complete this installation ?
