SMS problem

Hello ppl , I recently got a second-hand 9210. Everything was fine until I discovered than when I get an SMS the phone shows me the number of the sender in the inbox and not its name (of course the sender is in my contacts database and not an unknown number). I looked everywhere in the manual for a setting or something (to show number or name or something) and didnt find anything.

Is there a setting around ? I am sure I am missing something coz in the manual (.pdf form) there is a pic of inbox which clearly shows an sms with a name next to it and not a mobile phone number like it does to me.

Though I am sure this can be done.

Thanks in advance guys 😊

P.S. I guess there might seem a topic for this subject already but though I searched thoroughtly I could not find anything for my problem.
P.S.2. My phone is v4.13 if that is of any help.

This is the pic I was talking about (its located on page 160 on the .pdf users manual) and clearly shows that an incoming SMS is associated with an existing contact.

Please some1 help me on this coz its getting on my nerves 😞

P.S. I tried adding the +30 (Greece's international prefix) in contact, as SMS's come in +30xxxxxxxxxx format, yet nothing happened. I am sure the solution is in front of my eyes, so please someone help me open them 🙄
