I'm not an Apple user myself (unfortunately) but I spotted this on a dutch website:
Whats new in iSync 1.2.1
iSync 1.2.1 now has calendar synchronization for the Sony Ericsson P800, Nokia 3650 and Nokia 7650 smart phones. With these phones iSync also syncs the Address Book picture to the contact info, so you can see a picture of the caller when the phone rings. In addition, iSync now supports two new Bluetooth phones from Sony Ericsson, the T616 and the Z600.
It is probably better than the SE sync software.
I have a MAC, and have just updated iSync to the latest version, but I actually didn't try it to sonnect to my P800, I've always used my PC, but I'll give it a try to connect it to the sync station of P800, donno if it's work with mac yet .. but I'll give it a try 😊
It's also mentioned in the AAS news section by langdona.

have just connected the P800 sync station to my MAC, but it didn't recognise the USB connection through iSync, and even when u want to sync through it, u have to subscribe to .Mac service which'll cost u around $10 (y the hell do I need to pay to connect my mobile to my MAC 😕 )
anybody else give it a try?

What are you talking about? First of all, iSync for P800 works over Bluetooth, not USB. And you certainly do not need .Mac to sync your phone. You only need .Mac to sync with other Macs.
It all works great for me!
I suspect he was trying USB because he might not have a mac with bluetooth functionality.
It really should support the syncstation if they want to claim it has P800 sync functionality. There are an awful lot of Macs out there without bluetooth.
Unfortunately I can't check this either way since I'm still on 10.1 😞. Ah well, 10.3 in a couple of weeks..
It works perfekt! Just click the "sync" - button, wait some seconds, and everything is transferred perfect, ToDos, Dates, Notes in ToDos/Dates...
GREAT!
Apple Rules!, iSync now should only be able to also sync the colours in your agenda (iCal) with the ones you have in your P800!

I had no luck syncing after upgrading to iCal 1.5 and iSync 1.2 until I ran the cool little program iSyncUtilities I downloaded from http://www.versiontracker.com. It removed all the files of the old iSync install, including prefs and frameworks.
After restarting and installing iSync 1.2 again from scratch. I connected and synced without a problem. Except I still have to turn the phone off and on again before I can sync. But it works.
And now with a Mac OS X version of MovieMaker I have everything I need for my P800!
guy, guess there should b a way so connect my P800 to MAC through USB, my MAC doesn't have bluetooth yet, and I'm not intending to buy a bluetooth connection yet.
macgyver - check help iSync, and u'll c there's: setting up your USB mobile phone section, so there is USB connection to MAC, but what I'm saying it's not working for me 😞
when I connect my device through USB and scan iSync to find my device it just says no device found 😡
For anyone having to reset their phone, you should then re-pair your phone to the Mac, and vica-versa.
I first re-paired via the P800, allowing the Mac unguarded access.
I then re-paired via the Mac, reinstalling access to the Phone Book AND now the calendar (but not for internet connectivity, in my case). Originally, iCal wasn't seen the P800's setup, and when I tried to sync I got nothing but errors.
Re-pairing repaired everything. I've been syncing seamlessly now...wheee!
From what little I know, there is a hack to enable the serial connection to work and therefore to get USB connection out to the P800.
As I have only just found out about it yesterday, I cannot say precisely how to do it - nor how well it works.
iSync 1.2.1 on OS 10.2.8 definitely works fine for me - but only if I do a manual sync. Does anyone know how to automate it? The hourly update by iSync only handles my .mac to laptop sync and not my phone.

Notice that when selecting "Setting up to sync your USB mobile phone" in Help Center, the short text (at the bottom of the screen) says "To set up your Motorola USB mobile phone to sync...".
iSync only supports USB for phones without Bluetooth, I believe. Bluetooth dongles are cheap. Join us...
I already bought a bluetooth dongle, but didn't tried it on the MAC yet, I only use it with my PC, it faster than the cradle!
BTW: iSync 1.3 is out now .. anyone interested, plz upgrade and share your experience (so I might try using the MAC instead)
Everything working fine with just one thing to note:
I use the BT wireless Apple mouse with my PB and I have to turn my PB's BT off and then on before syncing or it will fail.
Other than that, everything syncs fine with the P800 and my PB using iSync 1.3 (not to mention I'm still using a "water goods" P800 that has a very old firmware).
😊
