Anyone have strain your neck b4? As in... the morning you woke up, your neck is so painful that you hardly turn your head left or right side... 😞

Sauna and neck/back massage is the fastest way to clear it,
if you can't get that, try several Ibuprofen washed down with vodka.

Pain killer -- pretty well any drugstore painkiller ending in "fen" will contain it. Has a fairly good muscle relaxing component, which is what makes it good for a stiff neck.
How's it now anyway?
If it's getting worst.. i may either try the pain killer or see a doctor 😞
