Have got voice tags on a couple of my contacts..... how do I call them using it, someone said use the button under the volume switch but all that does is record voive memo...

hi, if u hold down the key under volume for longer than a second, then it brings up record voice tags, if u just briefl press it, let go & wait then it should come up with...say the name now, if not ur handset is probably faulty. what i've found is that mine used to work at first, but now no longer recognises any of my voice tags when i press it, may hav 2 re-record them, but its odd!!
Give it a try & see what happens, if not get the handset exchanged at your nearest 3 store!
I found the microphone isn't fantastic so with time you have to get closer to the microphone for it to recognise your speech...it will give you two attempts and remember it needs to be relatively quiet 😱
