When the new version of the software will be released (rumourus v3.15),what would the upgrade procedure be like,could it be done by a regular user or it has to be done by nokia service people?

At this time when a new firmware come's out it's best to go to service center to get it done, but the DCT-4 flash boxes are out but as it's a new phone most people will leave it alone just in case it does have any problems with it.
