im getting my n-gage in about three hours, i'll post then and tell you what a got
did you not get the floboard game with it?
SAbz
nope no floboard
On www.N-gage.com say that the memory card have to be bought separately...
...look here:
http://www.n-gage.com/R1/en/gamedeck/gamedeck_tech_spex.html - look under Memory
where you buy it from?
SAbz
Memory
- 3.4 MB internal + external memory cards (32, 64 and 128 MB available separately)
- Shared memory for images, contact data, calendar, messages, and add-on applications
It does say that.I was in my local Nokia Shop two days ago and they said that it comes with an MMC that has the a snowboarding game installed. Can't remember whether it was 16 or 32 MB.
yea 32mb. did your box have the nokia game sticker on the side?
SAbz
EB games but i do live in australia...
we getted jibbed
Not sure then mate. Mite be worth goin back to where ya bought it and askin them.
SAbz
somewhere in the manual / bumpf with it it says if you havent got hte flo boarding game you can d/load it. dont think its meant as a memory card, just a game to get things going.
think id try to take it back, most places ive seen throw in at least a couple of games on top of flo-boarding.
Most definitely,i remember when the 3650 was released many people got it without the standard 16 MB MMC.
It was probably a case of some greedy seller. So audiophile, like SAbz911 in not so many words,go and kick some seller ass. 😃

Hmm...
..look at the bottom:
Standard Sales Package
Transceiver
ACP-12 Charger
HDD-2 Stereo Headset
DKE-2 USB Cable
ADE-2 Recording Cable
ADA-2 Adapter Cable
BL-5C Li-Ion Battery
Booklet (including User's Guide and Warranty card)
CD-ROM
Games brochure
- why arent they any memory card? 😮
...but if ther really is a memory card in the standart package, it will be a good thing for me, then i get my at the 1. nov. 😃
I was showing a customer the ngage today and to my suprise it contained a 3rd party memory card rather than the standard floboard game cartridge. Made me think are nokia officially selling it with a 32mb. The phone was on t-mobile, so i spose it could just be something t-mobile are doing.
Any ideas anyone?

well, i bought my n-gage on s'pore (i currently on indonesia) and it doesn't came with mmc memory card either...
(and i almost get tricked to pay more if i wanted to get headset with it..)
Bought my phone from O2 and I got a mmc card with it 32MB with Flo Boarding Installed. The box had a sticker on it with Free game inside. The MMC Card was already inside the phone.
Ive read on forums that some phones come with the card and some don't. Im from UK and got one Lucky me
today i got my n-gage finally, and no game or no memory card included...
i like it very much but i am dissapoined about containing any game... because my old and lonely friends 3210 and 8210 has games installed already. nokia can install at least one game like bounce or like snake or anything...
where ya get yours from?
SAbz
i got it from Turkey...

They actually did!!!
Check on the CD they provided, you'll see in the software or xtras directories (i am pretty sure, cant remember coz i dont have the CD here), it contains space impact and 2 others, you just have to install them yourself 😊
Fiz
Space impact is pretty cool but most of the games nokia provides i never end up playin on so its quite a relief that they havent imbedded useless games on the memory (IMO).
Just try my-symbian.com for games.
SAbz
ow. i found space impact. but how can i install it? when i try to install throuh windows it says to me
Installaion Fault
the connection of your nokia device is cut. please try to reconnect it.
(it can be something else because it says it in turkish and i ransae it here.)
You have to send it to your fone and install.
SAbz
and today i saw a friend of mine who bought n-gage too. and i saw that he has the snowborading game too. and i went to th store where i get my n-gage and told them about it... they said it was a fault that i had a phone without the game. and they changed my phone with a whole new one. now i got the snowboarding game...
and can anyone help me to choose a game to buy. because they are not cheap, in fact quite expensive i think. everybody says TombRaider is too hard. I wanna buy SonicN. But I can`t decide... can anyone help😊)
i sent it. its inside my phone...
and one thing more. Nokia Connection manager can`t see my phone when i connect it via USB... i can see my phone as a hard drive on windows but i cant run o do anything more than copying and deleting files. i cant install anythhing...
yea Tomb Raider is solid! Sonics cool but u get bored really easy. Tony Hawks or Red Fraction look the best IMO. Id go for them if i was you.
SAbz
By the way the snowboarding game is installed on a 32mb card, copy the game to your computer and youve got a 32mb memory card, just thort id say incase you hadnt realised.
Yea thats fine. Unlike when using pc suite you cant install application when connected to the pc, only by sending it to the fone then installing it thru the fone.
SAbz
ok i did it. thanks for your help. i am new to new nokia phones.
and one more question... are there more games like this space impact that nokia distributed for free or independent programmers published ???
Yea the majority of them are on www.my-symbian.com
Most of them are trials but there are still some good freeware games.
