1: Put on MMC card in a PC with an MMC reader.
2: Use PC Suite File Transfer over Bluetooth or infrared from PC.
3: Send directly over Bluetooth or infrared from PC.

Note that you also need an MP3 player application, and that the 3650 does not have stereo output (which means that it won't sound that good).

Alternatively.

Ensure that your MMC is in your 3650 (You need this, because their simply isnt enough space to store mp3's on your phone memory).

Open Nokia PC Suite

Select File Transfer

Ensure you have file conversions switched off so that the mp3's do not convert to .wav files

Transfer the desired mp3's to your memory card

Ensure you have mp3 software installed i.e. mp3go

Play music...

I suggest you use .wav files instead though, as they are smaller and the sound quality isnt much different. You can also use them as ringtones.
