I installed the Psiloc System Tools, then tria to change the Operator Logo, every time I changed, it request to restart the phone, I have changed the logo a few time, about the fifth time, the phone was unable to boot up, only show the Nokia icon and no any respond, also unable to boot in safe-mode. I will send to NSC. 😡
Do any know how to hard rest if the phone fail to boot up?

Sorry ben,in order to do a hard reset your phone it has to boot up properly or at least in safe mode.
