I'm planning to get these applications and was wondering if someone already has this combination. Is Smart Memory visible, when you have Active Desk in full screen mode?

ActiveDesk from Garry is a great application - but it is an "replacement" of the standard Desktop.
SmartMemory works direct on system base on the standard desktop and therefore the answer on your question is "no".
