We've just released version 3.03 of XTM, our PC/XT emulator for the Nokia Communicator. The big differences for this version are in PC graphics performance and sound output. This means it's better than ever for running classic PC games, and it does a pretty good job on scientific and business visualisations too.

For more information see our web site at http://www.nb-info.co.uk/xtminfo.htm where you can download the software for a free 30 day trial.

In the benchmarks you don't show how well the 9210 compares with an old XT running your emulator, I was wondering how well it fared. I'd download the trial but have lost my old 5.25" floppy drives, lol.

We'll add some proper performance numbers to our web site, but the Nokia 9200 runs DOS applications about the same speed as the HP200LX; or 2-3 times as fast as a real IBM PC/XT, but not quite as fast as a PC/AT.
