caps don't get any question answered faster..just makes people mad and not even bother..besides this isn't really worth having a heart attack over.

i agree though, i emailed the creator of oggplay asking if he could add a pause function to the push-to-talk button on the headset. for now though since i've got the headset clipped to my shirt i just pop the buds out. the music stops playing when a call comes in so it's not too bad. perhaps you should try emailing the unrealplayer creator with this question instead of being an ass on the forum.

I love my P800 but I like to use it on the Tube , Bus etc to listen to MP3s.Most basic Walkmans you can control from a remote control, my 3 year old samsung MP3 phone can do this , Why not a top of the range 'smart' phone??

when you are in a public place or just for basic convenience you do not want to be having to constantly play around with your phone just to skip a track or stop it, its ridiculous.

Would you want to have to have to manually control your TV without using a remote control?? Its the same principle.

IMHO its a case of Sony (how ironic since they invented the walkman) not thinking about how these things are used in the real world. Also having to constantly have your Phone on display is also risking some idiot trying to steal it from you.

anyway if someone knows a way of stopping Unreal player by linking it to the camera button i would be grateful

BTW Minty the adaptor is a volume passthrough with a talk button attached to it, I bought it over the net I cant remeber where from.

first you post in caps lock, i don't know what you were trying to achieve by it; obviously the point of your post wasn't posted in caps lock by accident as the start of it was in lower case and it would have been one hell of a coincidence to suddenly switch to upper case at the time after the first paragraph. then when someone replies, you attempt to create a tongue in cheek joke? knowing you stirred things up already posting in caps, now your being all defensive and attacking people back. maybe you should learn some socialising skills and learn to respect others before directing people to take "chill pills". calling someone an asshole or a moron isn't aggresive at all, having an attitude clearly shown in your posts...now that's aggressive. 🙄

MY REASON (please listen carefully now because this is getting tedious) for posting in caps was to express my annoyance and frustration at SONY for making such a great phone but then not including a decent way of controlling the media player when the phone is not in your hand. I even aplogised in the FIRST POST for using caps , it was clearly not aimed at any individual here.
Minty replied to my Post and was helpful (though he called me an ASS) I replied to HIS post and was helpful to HIM, during my reply I called HIM an ASS for a JOKE!!!!!!! Ok humour , funny etc.
Now as far as im concerned that was the end of the matter in fact Minty has not complained!!

personally I do not see why CAPS upsets so many people its just a bigger form of letters, yes I know on the internet it is seen as shouting but sometimes I WANT TO SHOUT!!!!!!
Shouting is a way of expressing oneself sometimes especially when some one is annoyed about something, which I have clearly explained , if you had wit and understanding you would have seen that.

Now if you know away of controlling the Media Player without having to constantly go to your phone to do so I would be very pleased to have your response ,if not then please do not bother to reply
