On the n-gage can you view any site that is viewable from a normal pc?

It depends...

The built-in browser ("Services"😉 can access sites created using WML (WAP Markup Language) or XHTML 1.0 Mobile Profile. Some HTML sites are constructed in such a way that the XHTML support is sufficient to view them.

If you want a better web experience, get another browser for the N-Gage. Anygraaf Doris, ReqWireless WebViewer, Access Netfront or Opera. Find them through the list here:
