more than 10 sec for Video s

Hello everybody,

a friend of mine and I (both fond of our 3650) have heard that it exists somewhere a way to increase the video record length from 10 seconds to about 30 secs or even maybe more ...

1- Is it true .????
2 - If Yes does someone know how to reach it ...

The limit is there, I suppose, as not to exceed the maximum guaranteed MMS message size (or fill up your phone or memory card, which can also cause problems).
