Confused :(

Hi, i'll go to the point straight away.
Okay, now this is my problem .

I really need a phone that easy for me to input data.
i'm gona use it for daily life , thats include going dirty at my shop and going to luxury dinner at night :P
i need it because i own a car accecories shop, so sometimes i need to jot down any new part number onto my phone before i type it on my pc.

i used 9210 before, even 9110 and 9000i:P
and i very satisfied with those phone .

but now the problem is, iwant to buy 9210i
and i wonder is there any other phone thet in thesame category as the 9210i out there ?
cause quite frankly, i a little bit bored to see the same screen for quite some times 😞

btw after my 9210 broken( i broke the inside LCD) and it's out of warranty so i dun bother to repair it :P
. I bought IPAQ 3870 + SE T 68i Combo, but it only last me for less than a month , cause the IPAQ is bulky , and i don't quite used to use those tiny stylus, and also it really annoying to carry 2 items at the same pockets 😊.
so i trade them to 7650.
I satisfied with the 7650, especially the camera , cause that's is the first phone to have built in camera right ??
but soon after that , i was once again have to gave it up cause the lack of memory.

So i trade it with p800, but it doesn't last either cause i really hate the stylus, the ipaq's is much better to use .

and i trade it off with 3650 which i still use today
Actually the 3650 is good enough for me, but u know man does get bored easily right ??? 😊
and also that design and keypad make me wanna puke :P hehehh

ao today i go to my friend's gadgets shop, planning to get myself the good old 9210i.

and then the real problem arise.
he showed me a lot of handsets that i never seen before.
1.Zircon Z3(palm based pda phone , buitl in digital camera, 260K colour screen !!! ,touchscreen with stylus, and small!!! no mmc no mp3) )
2.Handspring Treo T600 ( palm based pda phone with built in qwerty keyboard and digital camera.mmc slot and mp3)
3.SE p900 ( I bet u all know the specs :P)
4.Nokia 6600
5.Mitac Mio 880( pocket pc based and built in mp3,digicam and mmc slot)
6.xda o2 II ( pocket pc, no antenna)
7. Good old 9210i

i really can't decide which one to buy.
those pda, i'm afraid i will not get use to stylus input even though the featues is much more better than the 9210
the 6600, i alraedy quite bored with the sae OS as the 7650 and 3650
thhe 9210i, i'm a bit hestitated to buy it cause i already owned it before, and also the phone has been in the market for quite some times.and it has the least features, the only real advantage is that keyboard.

i only want a phone that i can easily input any data , and phone book is really important to me, camera, mp3 and other features are also welcome , but as a bonus, not my real priority.

so any one could help me to decide ??
and maybe poll for me 😊 hehhehe

anyway thx for reading , sorry of my broken english, and here is some links to the products above, in case u interested :P

Go for the Treo 600 - it is the most up-to-date device that will handle personal information management (phonebook / addressbook / calandar / ToDo list) and provides keyboard input.

The keyboard is much smaller than on the Communicator, but you get used to it fairly quickly...and it looks like it will be at least six or seven months before we see a Communicator with GPRS...then you can upgrade from the Treo 😊

To confuse you even more, please have a look to the new Clie UX-50, I think that is a perfect combination with a T68i. The best option before the arrival of the new 9210

here some photos, still deciding though :P heheh just borrowed a friend's zircon to see how it works.

in my opinion all the other phones(other than the 9210i) you have mentioned all have either pen based input or small keypads or small keyboards & you will not be able to input data as fast as the 9210i, thats for sure.

for a pen based you need to hold it with one hand & use the stylus with the other--in the 9210i, u can keep it open on a table & use one hand as to type as well, handsfree is also very good.

for small keyboard types, you need both hands again

for small keypad phones, its not as fast or convienent as a normal keyboard.

also there is a lot of 3rd party software available for the 9210i, there is a lot of 3rd party software for other phones as well, but user friendly & ease of use is still the 9210i (my preference obviously)

all in all, i would suggest u buy a 9210i + a 128MB MMC.
if you think you need to take photos of cars that you do up to show other people or for your catalouge, i would suggest getting a better digital camera wih proper focus & flash, cause none of these camera phones are of much use & are mostly just for fun... a gimmic.--- till they come with high resolution cameras & higher resolution screens... not really worth...

ive had cam/phones before, but i ended up using them almost NEVER.. & when clubbing at night, its too dark to take photos anyways..

Anyways this is my opinion... your choice now...
HAPPY SHOPPING ! ! !

oh and most importantly....

TRY & GET YOUR HANDS ON A GOOD REFURBISHED OR SECOND HAND 9210 OR A 9210i... CAUSE A FEW MONTHS LATER... THE NEXT GENERATION COMMUNICATOR SHOULD BE OUT AS WELL, & THATS WHERE YOU SHOULD SPEND YOUR MONEY.

thanks for all the reply, i just finished my "trial" with the Zircon, and feell in love with it when i played a game call warfare, it's kinda of comand and conquer on pc :P
btw it's only a "temporary" phone , i'll still waiting for the new communicator as i've been a fan of that phone since the launching of nokia 9000 :P

so see u guys when the new communicator arrive, i'll be back in the forum :P
for now i go to http://www.spug.net

it's kinda this forum, but for palm devices , bye :P

This is a 9210i fprum ryt?
or r u lost?
state d obvious recomendation...

GO COMMUNICATOR!!!

Y?

its stable,
proven,
familiar,
plenty of software to go arnd?
FULL KEYBOARD!!!
For crying out loud - a Communicators has a class of its own.

A serious advise wud be...
id wait for the the next communicator! (if there is gona be 1!)

SO KEEP YOUR FINGERS CROSSED!

But since, u seem to have a nasty habbit of burnin dough! (Business mst be good!) then go on ahead get the 9210i for the mean tym & use it as a backup phone if ever the next one arrives!
