I recently downloaded a simpsons episode from 3650videos.cjb.net but when i try to open it with realplayer on my phone it says "unknown clip format", the file is a realone file but it just will not play it. also it plays on my computer using realone. any ideas?

Hard to say without knowing more details about the file/format. RealOne Player on the phone can handle Real 8, but not Real 9 formats.
