Phone won't start up - do I have to take it to the store?

Hi,

I've got the usual memory full problem (had it a couple of times before), but it's a bit different this time. The phone ran out of memory on wednesday night, and has been on since then. I can't access anything to delete anything as per usual, but the phone was on. Now I just turned it off to turn it on back again to see if that would help, but now it will not turn back on! Apparently it doesn't have enough memory for it to turn back on, even though it has been on before in the same state! Strangely as well, on Thursday i was able to get into messaging for long enough to delete a few messages, but then was chucked out again with no option to get back in! So it's all a bit strange, and frustrating since I was about to do a hard reset if the soft reset didn't work! Anyway, any ideas?

Thanks

may niece have the same problem with her 7650 v4.39 firmware, so i go to Nokia Service Center and upgrade to the latest firmware and reformat the whole phone
