I picked up the November Carphone Warehouse catalog this morning.
They have the 6600 available on Orange for Free with a 50 a month contract.
Upgrade Price is 199.99
Pay As You Go is 399.99

They don't show it as available on any other network.

I'm disappointed, I'm on O2, I would pay up to 200 to upgrade from my T68i, but it looks like I don't have the option. At least at the moment.

The 6600 is Oranges Flag Phone for video messagiing (launched yesterday) I wont expect it to launch on the other netowrk till the end of the month

I guess its just cool to see the end of those days when Orange used to be behind in terms of phones....

just spoken to one phone shop (thanks for the link above).

They say the phone is not in stock currently, and will be instock in the next 7 to 10 days.

Yeah I knew they were not telling the enitre truth when they told me yesterday that they going to try and get the phone to me within the next few days....

well I have placed the order and will let you know the second it turns up....

P

I gave them a call as well and they said 10 days. For now they will provide it only on orange and in the future on other providers as well. YourPlan 200 tariff seems to be a nice choise.

Edit (meant tariff YourPlan 200)

Just spoke to customer services, Orange are releasing this phone on Monday 10th November!!!

With any luck GPS & MMS will then work!
