Is this possible on the 3650 using certain software, or could it be possible?
I know the camera is on the back of the phone, but you could still show people wheere u are using it...

In thery an application could be developed in order to introduce the video calling feature but you will still be limited by the speed of GPRS.The 3650 is only 2.5g you know.So most likely,the answer would be NO.
