Syncronization

I have just started to use the syncronization software with my P800.
I downloaded the latest version (2.0.1) and syncronizing works fine. But there are one or two things i cant work out.

1) When you add a contact to a group on the phone, where does this mirror in Outlook?

2) Can you set it up to syncronize pictures in anyway?

It doesn't synch groups to Outlook (or vice versa) and you can't synch the pictures.
