Nokia Content Copier Contacts to 9210

I had a nokia 7250 with a lot of contacts, which i transfered to my computer via nokia content copier & now ive got a "Phonebook.ncc " file.

how can i transfer these contacts to my 9210?
any ideas? can i convert it into a csv of a txt file, cause then i can use Contacts Manager to import it into my 9210?

You can convert it directly to the Contacts Manager format using Contacts Converter:

thanks, but i found that & used it as well & converted it to a csv format & also used contacts manager, but only 25 have been converted, now i have to buy contacts manager to convert all.. damn!!!
